A native of eastern Cornwall, Simon&#8217;s passion for the countryside pushed him into the world of land agency, ultimately specialising in compulsory purchase work where he has acted for hundreds of claimants over his career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-site-bg-color has-text-color\">Simon&#8217;s expertise also extends to the ever-expanding world of renewable energy. By adeptly identifying promising opportunities within his clients&#8217; portfolios, he has orchestrated successful promotions through his extensive industry connections.
