About Us

Ashfield Surveyors was set up in 2023 by Simon Ashfield, a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. A native of eastern Cornwall, Simon’s passion for the countryside pushed him into the world of land agency, ultimately specialising in compulsory purchase work where he has acted for hundreds of claimants over his career.

Simon’s expertise also extends to the ever-expanding world of renewable energy. By adeptly identifying promising opportunities within his clients’ portfolios, he has orchestrated successful promotions through his extensive industry connections.
